It was a cold and misty morning....
It is a very Scottish day outside today. Thankfully it is not windy. I walked to the bank this morning. On my way there I met John A. who I have witnessed to on a couple of occasions. You may remember John. He is attending a community college and moved here from way up North. The first time I met him he told me that he reads, "Our daily bread."
This morning I asked him if he had been reading his Bible and he said that he had. I then asked him if he was understanding about salvation. When asked how to tell someone about salvation he said, "You need to believe that Jesus died for your sins and rose again." I spoke to him about salvation being a point in time where we are born again by asking to receive salvation. I told him about Ephesians 6 and the helmet of salvation which we need to have on in order to confidently tell others about salvation. Because of our previous conversations, he has been reading the Gospel of John. Please pray for the miracle of salvation to take place in his life.
As I continued on my walk, I was praying out loud (thanking the Lord for seeing John again) when I noticed that a woman had just stepped out of her parked car beside me. I turned and said, "Just so you know, I'm not talking to myself, I'm pr....(she cut me off. "It's ok I do it myself.") :)
As of yesterday I have completed putting out my newest flyer in Loanhead. Thanks for praying.
